Trip Details
Lodging
As in 2025, we will enjoy luxurious slope-side accommodations at Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa located just a short stroll from the Tram Tower, the Gondola, and The Mangy Moose! Our room block provides for Lodge King, Lodge Queen, or Alpine Studio rooms at the rate of $649/night + taxes & fees*.
- The above room rate does not include a 13% state tax + 10% occupancy tax + $12 per room per stay porterage fee + $7 per room per night housekeeping fee.
- If you’re thinking about extending your stay, the above room block rates will be extended for the dates of 1/7 – 1/8/2027 to accommodate early arrivals.
- Our room block provides for 10% off all spa treatments at SpaTerre.

A special link for online room reservations will be made available in the coming weeks. I (Tom Makeever) will notify the group when that is live. Until then, you can make your reservation by calling 307-201-6065 or 855-757-7847 between the hours of 8am – 7pm Mountain Time and reference the John Carnevale Memorial Retirement Summit.
Flights
Plan your trip to fly directly into Jackson Hole Airport (JAC) which is well-served with many direct flights from major U.S. cities (American, Delta & United are best bets).
Ground Transportation
Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is an easy and scenic 35-minute drive past the National Elk Refuge, into the town of Jackson, and then on to Teton Village.
You can simply grab a taxi – all vans or SUVs and all on a fixed rate – right outside baggage claim. No need to pre-plan.
Lift Tickets
Important!
Jackson Hole utilizes a reservation system and limits lift ticket sales to avoid crowding. It is critical that you purchase your lift tickets well in advance to avoid any issues.
JH is on both the IKON and Mountain Collective passes and you can purchase lift tickets directly on the JH website. As we get close to the event, I (Tom Makeever) will provide information on cost options and best choice.
Equipment Rental
Make your equipment rental reservation in advance to receive a discount via the Jackson Hole Resort website.
As you go through the reservation process, select Teton Village Sports (closest to our hotel) as your preferred pick-up location (Jackson Hole Sports is an alternative located by the Gondola).
Dinner Events
In addition to enjoying each other’s company on the mountain, the purpose of this event is to network and share business ideas. After a day of energizing skiing or other activities, the perfect time to do this is over a relaxing and wonderful meal. We will be planning group dining events for each evening (Saturday – Tuesday) to maximize our time together.
